How to Test the PP Concrete Formwork Panel?

Easy test-Detect PP formwork panel of power concrete

1.Test the PP concrete formwork panel to deform and in wave paving:

Place the concrete slab PP sample in hot water of 70 degrees for five minutes. Then remove it and separate by hand. View the sample of the PP concrete formwork soften. It would be useless if it is soft.

2.Test if PP concrete formwork panel enthusiasm when nails to beat and collapse the formwork to remove:

Place the sample PP concrete formwork panel in the refrigerator of -10 degrees for 24 hours. Then remove it and leave the nails instead of 10 mm from the edge of the sample. See the sample break PP concrete formwork panel. It would be useless break.

We recommend not to put the sample of the PP concrete formwork panel can not reach beyond the inspection requirement.
